Well of course Neil lost an amazing 33 lbs this evening on The Biggest Loser. I am not surprised, he didn't drink any water before weighing in.

To give you a little run down on my health problems. Back in January or so I went to the doctor and found my blood pressure was 220/110. Well of course the doctor flipped out on me and no wonder . . .

Well I got mad at my oldest son today, instead of sitting around the house and sulking, I put on my sneakers (new ones I might add, mistake) and out the door I went walking as fast as my short, fat legs . . .
